Effective Date: January 2026

Introduction:

Welcome to the website of Vox Immigration Law PLLC (“we,” “our,” “the Firm,” or “Vox Immigration Law”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use this website.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Important: Use of this website, including browsing content, submitting an intake form, or requesting a consultation, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Vox Immigration Law PLLC or Angel J. Valencia, Esq.

An attorney-client relationship is only established when:

  1. You and the Firm have entered into a written engagement agreement (retainer agreement), and
  2. That agreement has been signed by both parties

Until a written retainer agreement is executed, you are not a client of the Firm, and we have no obligation to represent you or maintain confidentiality beyond our ethical duties during preliminary consultations.

2. Informational Purposes Only

The content on this website—including articles, blog posts, FAQs, service descriptions, and other materials—is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

You should not act or rely upon any information on this website without seeking professional legal counsel tailored to your specific circumstances.

Immigration law is complex, highly fact-specific, and subject to frequent changes in statutes, regulations, and policies. While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the content on this website.

3. Virtual Service Delivery

Vox Immigration Law PLLC operates as a fully virtual law firm. All consultations, document exchanges, legal services, and communications are conducted through secure digital channels, including:

  • Video conferencing platforms

  • Electronic document sharing

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent to virtual service delivery and electronic communication as the primary means of legal representation.

We do not maintain a physical office where in-person meetings are held. Our business address is used for correspondence and administrative purposes only.

4. Consultation Fees

Initial consultations are offered at a fee of $99 for 30 minutes, payable in advance via a secure payment link. Payment is required prior to scheduling or conducting the consultation.

Consultation fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Firm cancels or reschedules the consultation due to attorney unavailability.

A consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your immigration matter and evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your needs. It does not guarantee that representation will be offered or that your case will be accepted.
