About our federal litigation practice

Federal litigation is at the core of Vox Immigration Law PLLC, a firm dedicated to representing high-achieving professionals, families facing complex legal hurdles, and individuals stuck in the immigration bureaucracy.

Unlike firms that focus on routine form-filling, our practice is built on the precision of federal litigation and high-stakes advocacy. We believe every immigration case deserves the same rigorous legal analysis and compelling narrative that wins in federal court.

Our mission:

To give your case a voice—whether before USCIS, at the consulate, or in federal court.

Angel J. Valencia, Esq.

Founder, Vox Immigration Law PLLC

Angel J. Valencia is an attorney with over 13 years of experience litigating complex cases in federal court, always with a focus on protecting the rights of individuals within the federal legal system.

Angel’s interest in immigration law began in law school and has been reinforced through his federal litigation practice. Notably, he represented temporary agricultural workers from Jamaica and Mexico in federal court, successfully defending them against a labor union’s efforts to compel membership. By leveraging the specific regulations of their visa programs to advocate for their rights, Angel gained firsthand experience in the intersection of immigration status and federal labor protections.
